Majority of us tend to give up on health & wellness goals because we reluctantly come to terms with our new self-perception of aging bodies (or as I like to call it, “matter”).  You see, the problem with our new (hopeless) self-perception of aging bodies is that it always comes back to haunt us. It haunts by constantly reminding us of what we were able to do in our younger bodies. I went through this for years and I said to myself why “mind over matter” is not good enough anymore?  Is this obstacle in my mind stronger then matter? Then it finally hit me!  When mind can no longer go over matter you need to have mind break through matter!  As I am in the process of breaking through my buildup matter and reaching my objectives, I am quickly learning that there is no ending to this but only you and I have the ability to modify our trails. I can say that with confidence because I let my life self-perception get to me for a very long time. Lastly, my path is a makeup of my ecology and other forces that come into play. When you learn to control your mind and break through all that buildup of matter, you start to understand that this new improve self-perception of aging bodies is no longer defined by the glorified past but rather defined by ever changing & exciting future.
