WHY RESILIENCY SHOULD BE YOUR WEAPON OF CHOICE!

Life struggles are nonlinear.  They will pop up when you least
anticipate them. Why mention the obvious? I want you to be aware of a weapon that you can use against it!  The weapon's name is resiliency. Do you know the best feature of this weapon? It improves in its accuracy through repetitive use to a point that unexpected life struggles turn into gifts that are there to make you a strong leader and a hope for mankind!   -  Mohammad H Zafar

 Life is not about a destination, its journey of continuous  dreams for a better world!

If a child tells you that one day they will became a doctor and find  cures to incurable diseases, would you say to them, “be realistic”, or “sorry but you are dreaming”?   Then why would you do it to yourself? Never ever give up on your dreams because life is not about a destination, its journey of continuous dreams for a better world! Why continuous? Because our world is a circling sphere of infinite dreams awaiting fulfillment and that my friend means that you can never stop dreaming and you can never stop achieving!

Protect your livelihood and that's you!

Think of your work like a professional athlete thinks of the sport because just like them, your work will effect your bones, muscles and mind in a way that can cause long term damage!  We spent 40 plus hours a week at our jobs doing repetitive physical motions. Some sit and jam on the keyboard, some hold on to that phone while others work with hands and back all day! One type of training program I design for my clients is to help there body and mind stay healthy/sharp from daily dose of repetitive work!
