Pessimist VS Optimist VS a Realist. Pessimist: Time is a delusion because death is our reality & our truth. Optimist: Time is an opportunity that makes life our reality and a gift. Realist: Without time, life & death would have no meaning. Hello, my name is Mohammad Zafar & I believe that you will make the best of both! Living & dying with honor makes time, a gift not wasted. So live every moment as if you will die today, and as if you will live forever.

Think of your work like a professional athlete thinks of the sport because just like them, your work will effect your bones, muscles and mind in a way that can cause long term damage! We spent 40 plus hours a week at our jobs doing repetitive physical motions. Some sit and jam on the keyboard, some hold on to that phone while others work with hands and back all day! One type of training program I design for my clients is to help there body and mind stay healthy/sharp from daily dose of repetitive work! Help them keep there bones, muscles and mind strong/rejuvenated! Just think about it! Protect your livelihood and that's you! - Mohamad H Zafar 06/16-2014 Went to see my father today. Upon return I recalled when my father was my age and I was my son's age (6). I remember like it was yesterday. Its amazing how the Creator of the universe has given us signs for reflection, even among our own selves. Its important that we spend the little time we have with family first, then with those that are poor and in need, then rest of the short time we have should be exhausted on finding ways to make this world a better place for all human beings.
Stable life is a gift (Job, health, family, security & being content) that can be taken away at anytime. So never look down upon the needy because with all your hard work you can also be one day, the needy.
Problems of the world can be solved if we ourselves work on getting rid of ethnocentric behaviors and then help others to do the same. If we look deep in our own American history of research methods of social sciences, we will find that many researchers used minority groups for their own gain while destroying cultures and societies. It took decades and in some cases centuries to acknowledge our mistakes. I have faith that as long as we keep moving in the positive direction, one day the debate over women's right to choose Niqab will also be seen in such ways.
None of us were here 100 years ago and none of us will be here 100 years from now. We don’t get to choose the century we are born in, the color of our skin, our families, our wealth, or status. So never be proud of what you had no say in and never look down upon people for what they have no choice over. Be humble and be proud to be alive, and if you really want to be proud of something, then leave something behind that all can benefit from.
Perception for lose of power can take a hold of anyone. Radical Ideology is not in a Quran, Torah or the Bible; it’s in our minds. We only use books to justify our perception because mankind cannot feel that their actions are in vain. Such actions can affect anyone from any age, class or race. It can affect an individual or a group of people. It’s important to know the risk factors and those most at risk. Education is the key and implementation of prevention and intervention strategies is half of the answer. Keeping our minds and our bodies healthy and most importantly, keeping our communities healthy is the other half
There is no magic cure that a "Therapist", "Life Coach", "Motivational Speaker", or a "Psychologist" has. What we have are the methods/approaches to change your perception and ultimately your behavior. In other words, we have "life skills" that are tailored to your needs so that you might respond positively and effectively to your daily life. They can work short term and long term because just like the river, we're ever flowing and changing creatures. What worked at one point might not work again and so the perception and life skills might need to be revisited. Successful cure is in finding your content spot (being at peace with the circumstances and able to live life the way you want to) and that is where you will find the answers.
