I so miss the snow! I now understand who I am. I am the snow running man! We will meet once again in the deep bitter beautiful cold! Insha Allah (God willing) Once again we will be one! I long to breathe you -25! I long for my lungs to feel that frez. A place where there are no bone impact, only muscle motion of running through you! It is a tough challenge to make a healthy change at times. There will be times when it means to stop eating salt, or tampering off a medication. What can be even harder is when you try to implement weight training or another form of workout. Not because they are tough but because you must go through a transition period where you body has to get use to it. The right workout that is meant to heal your bones and muscles is as effective as a detox regimen! You must commit to get through that month or two till your body no longer will feel sore, but instead you will crave it like a medicine for healing. Tired of procrastination and wasting time? Ever felt like you just don't have enough time. I have a trick to help you explore your perception of time. I stumble across this by accident. Most of you have a phone. When you feel the need to be lazy or procrastinate, turn on the stop watch on your phone and keep it rolling in the background. Forget about it. Do your procrastination however you please. Once you finally come back to what matters most, note down the procrastination time and get moving. Finish your work/project and once you are done look at the stop watch time of procrastination. Look at how much time was used. Then make a list of fun things you want to do daily that you cannot find time for. Now look at that list and the time of procrastination. See the wasted time you could have used to do fun things everyday? Hope this will help you in digging deep inside to want to work hard, so you can play hard. Life is about learning so never regret, just progress :-) Your desired destination might be a million step away. All of them different then the other with twist and turns, some up and some down. Now do you want to know the secret of reaching your destination? It's taking one step at a time, consistently.
