Think of your work like a professional athlete thinks of the sport because just like them, your work will effect your bones, muscles and mind in a way that can cause long term damage! We spent 40 plus hours a week at our jobs doing repetitive physical motions. Some sit and jam on the keyboard, some hold on to that phone while others work with hands and back all day!
