With so many diet plans out-there, do you ever wonder what should be the basics that one should always do? Regardless of how you do it (calorie count, low carb, low glycemic, high protein etc) make certain your food is as close to it's natural source as possible. That means meats are in it's natural state from single animal (not proceeded unless you yourself do the processing naturally) and come from naturally grown/raised farmers. Same goes for fruites & vegetable along with learning where your food is grown, and how it is brought to you. If you can do this as a base principle you will avoid many risks associated with food causing cancer, neurological problems, metabolism, hormones, thyroid, the endless list of heart, and other diseases.
Most of us are living in a world where solution to our problems are served with bandages. Self-Sustainability is really hard to achieve for many. My goal is to create systems overtime that will give people the opportunity to became sustainable. The way I have been working on this is by not fighting the unhealthy systems in place. (Example: Fitness, Fast food, meat industry, farming, medical, poverty due to lack of options etc.). Instead creating my own for profit institutions to help. Trust me, this is a big challenge because as a non-profit I can get a lot of funds. So, being for profit makes it a challenge, but to make others self-sustainable it is important to be an organization that is built on self-suitability. The funding I generate will be used to create self-sustainable programs to help others became independent. That is my goal!
Only when you get your life on track is when you understand how close or how far you are from achieving your goals. So truely stay on track, & pass up on procrastination. Continue striving towards healthy habits that will help you keep life moving forward.
Procrastination is a common occurrence among hard chargers, leaders, and innovators. Part of our personality that helps us standout and do things that many benefit from, also has a procrastination as a plugin personality trade. Something that we can overcome through reminders, training and specially when we see positive feedback and results from what we do. This personality trade also keeps us above others and therefore makes us a bit alone and easily board. When you are an innovator you kind of end up alone unlike those that follow you and others. This is why procrastination can seep in and that is why we need to shake it off and keep moving forward. It is not a onetime fix, but rather as we get older, we get wiser and as innovators we find ways to fight it off and keep our self’s stimulated naturally.
Positivity in the face of adversity is a skill that can became your character by training on it everyday. Why should you? Because positivity is like a superpower, it cleans your body & mind while literally makes it healthier! Trust me, you got this! Now own it and show it!
